Important Charges/Refund Info:

Temporary Charges:
If you see 1 to 2 charges for $3.90 on your statement, these are not permanent charges and will be refunded after 24 hours. These charges are made to ensure that you have enough money in your account to purchase products from the machine.

Charges/No Item Vended:
If you used a credit/debit card for your purchase and the item got stuck and and did not vend, you will not be charged for the item. If you see a charge for $3.90, this is a temporary adjustment and will be removed after 24 hours. If you were charged for the price of the item – either by credit, debit, cash or other electronic payment – and the charge has not been refunded after 24 hours, please indicate on this form and a refund will be initiated.
